I have been working at my current job for about 3,5 years. I have been direct coworkers with this one guy most of my time here. We have the same sense of humor. Our desks are next to eachother and we have very fun banter the whole day. Last week a new employee thought me and him were a couple because of the way we acted. To which I responded "hell no" and the guy with "that would be fun for a very short time and then it would be drama".

I never saw this guy as boyfriend material, mainly because I have been in a happy relationship for nearly 4 years. This guys has been in a relationship for 6 years, very happy aswell and he is thinking about proposing for a while now. His comment made me think that he thinks of me in a sexual way, like "pump and dump". Or am I overthinking this?
