Why does he praise me and call me beautiful even if I feel not so much like that?

He calls me beautiful and all the beautiful names, nothing sexual which I like honestly. I don't like to think that I'm insecure just unattractive to a lot but to him I feel like a queen and it feels good to know that he sees me like that but sometimes I don't accept the compliments (I don't tell him I don't).

Because your opinion of yourself won't affect the way he sees you even objectively. Just because person themselves don't find themselves attractive doesn't mean anyone else won't. You don't see yourself the way others do, I doubt someone would constantly lie to you and give you compliments if they don't think of you that way. Accept it. At least you know that he thinks you're beautiful, of he has given you no reason to doubt him then why do so. To him you truly are beautiful

A lot of ladies refuse to see themselves as others see them. It comes from too much being told you HAVE TO look a certain way, act a certain way, or whatever. Guess what? That's all horse apples! You are who you are and nobody else and you are sensational in your own unique way. Except that and you'll be seeing yourself in better light.

Why do you feel unattractive? I did at your age, and so did my wife. Looking back I see that we were both quite attractive. Heb find you attractive and I expect others do too. I'm wondering if you grew up with a lot of negativity or neglect? If you did, consider counseling to improve your self-image.

The reason for that I feel is because I was never light skinned, thin or just your definition of beautiful. I smiled a lot though but it never seemed to work. Yess it is a must that I go to therapy honestly. I'm so imperfect it's hard to not notice.
