Why does this guy I work with put stickers on me?

He is mean to me, teases me, puts stickers on me, competes with me.

I actually want to quit because of him.

• Secondly, speak up about his behavior telling him you are not comfortable and that if he has anything with you, he should just tell you and you change

He probably likes you but he sounds like kind of a dick. It doesn't sound like you're teens so he shouldn't have a hard time communicating feelings. Don't quit but don't put up with his passive aggression either.
