I know guys and texting is not the end all of telling attraction, but I’m curious here. I initiate 99% of our conversations. ?

I don’t text daily because I don’t want to bug him. Some days I’ll send a joke that relates to one of our inside jokes. The question is, how do I know if I’m annoying him with texting and he just responds to be polite, or if he genuinely enjoys talking to me? Some days I get paragraphs. Some days I get an emoji in response. Guy perspectives needed. If I am annoying him, I will stop. No one wants to be that girl. At least I don’t. We aren’t dating. That’s important to note I believe.
