Guy's Behavior

If a guy lets you rest your head on his shoulder and then walks you back to your dorm does like you?

So my friends and I had been drinking a bit too much. I had mostly sobered up but still didn’t feel good and we had been texting back and forth for a little bit. Found out he was in my building watching a movie in the lounge so grabbed a blanket and stumbled out. I sat on a couch and the minute he saw me he got up and moved. He sat on the couch next to me relatively close. We didn’t really say much to each other verbally until I shifted and sort of rested my head against his shoulder. He then asked if it was comfy and I mumbled yes. Which he replied with “hope it isn’t too hard” I mumbled it wasn’t and then asked if he wanted me to get off and he said “no.” Fast forward after him repeatedly telling me I should probably go to bed. I finally gave in and he walked me all the way to my dorm even made sure I was okay inside the dorm before leaving. I tried to give him a hug but it was really awkward and he didn’t seem into it. I’m so confused I mean does he like me?
