A bit of context:
He and me met each other at the start of college and we became friends quite quickly. He would be labeled as ‘the funny guy’ in our course and almost everyone in the school knows him. There’s also another thing that stands out about him is that he is quite open about his sexual life. Me and a lot of people didn’t mind it much since the way he talks about it is pretty hilarious. However, in the recent weeks, I start to notice that he often stares at my boobs and try to touch them (like patting them to get my attention, poking them as a joke, grazing it a bit to get something, etc). I did ask him why he always do this and he just says he just joking with me in which I took it as an answer since I know how weird he is. Recently, he told he had a girlfriend whom he loves a lot (from how he talks about her) and they’ve been together for 2 years. Now this give me a lot of questions as to why he keeps touching my boobs, I might overanalyzing it but I just wanna make sense of his actions. Is this normal or is he just a weirdo?
