It doesn’t mean anything. I’ve always had a strong crush on Salma Hayek but that never pandered out. Just cause you have a strong crush on someone doesn’t mean they feel the same about you. If that was so we’d all be w who we wanted to be. I’d be Mr. Hayek. That’s like two men going to war, they both pray to god. Who does God pick to win? That’s even if he does pick. What if your crush is asking God to be w a certain girl and you’re asking to be w him? Who gets what they want?

No it doesn't, it doesn't mean there nothing there but it isn't the universe sending you a message, it's wishful thinking. Make a move, take your shot, maybe it will work out, maybe not, but the universe doesn't care one way or another.
