So me and this guy at my apartment are always outside at the same time walking our dogs and I noticed he was always staring at me so long story short one day I went up to him and I introduce myself because i find him attractive as well. When i did this he was giving many compliments to my dog and was telling me jokes to make me laugh. I kinda feel like he was flirting with me. Anyways he told me his first name and I found him on instagram. Do you guys think it would be weird If i followed him on instagram? I don't see him anymore when i'm walking my dog and i think he's really hot and I want to get to know him. I feel like he's a really shy guy because he was always staring at me and would never approach me. I would have made a move on him but I don't see him anymore. I'm I reading too much into this? Like should I just follow him and see what happens next?
