I was working in a different location with a guy who says he liked me (his name is Gabe) & one of my friends (who is a guy and his name is Colton) kept calling my desk and Gabe was acting annoyed and told Colton to leave me alone while I was talking to him on the phone. I asked Gabe why he told Colton to leave me alone and he just said he thinks Colton is annoying. I don't understand why Gabe would think he's so annoying... Colton literally didn't do anything wrong.

What Guys Said
Clearly Gabe is getting territorial around you. I advise, you to decide if he's earned the right to do this, and honestly if your willing to put up with any guy policing who you do and don't talk to (I'd definitely set down some ground rules, that no matter what he's got no say on who your friends with).
For me personally, I see this as a massive red flag (if it where to happen to me). I understand sometimes. if a person is in a serious relationship with oneself and jealousy has just made them make a bad decision, I'd try to be a little sympathetic; Though I'd not tollerate it, I might understand they where worried and might try to reduce my contact with the person, so as to not hurt them (or worry them); Though, even IF I did that (and I'd have to be very very serious about the person), it would still harm our relationship, as I would worry about them doing it with more people, and about whether they really cared for me, or saw me as some kind of thing to control what I did.
Controlling partners are hugely triggering, they make the world a worse place (unless the other partner wants someone controlling their entire life I guess).
Gabe has jealousy issues. Tell him you don't like how he behaved that he has no right to control who talks to you. You're not his girlfriend. Then I'd avoid interacting with him as much as possible.
