You know, it's hard to say for sure! Space travel is definitely getting more advanced. We're sending probes farther out all the time, and who knows what breakthroughs might happen in the future. Maybe it won't be in our lifetime, but with enough scientific progress, intergalactic travel might not be entirely out of the question.
