I love to do a lot of running/ walking so I really don't mind the exercise, and if she was to ask why I was walking her home I would tell her it is because of that. However, I think the world is just becoming so unsafe for women these days that I would walk her home just to make me feel happy I knew she got there safely!

Mainly safety, also as a friend anything sexual would not even be thought about. Not all my female friends are that great at cooking lol, so popping for a snack would not be a good idea.

I would do it because I want to make sure she gets home alright. Yes, a cringe answer I am aware but facts.

Had a friend that lived quite a bit from me 3km or so. I often followed her home so she could feel safer. Few reasons as to why she did not feel that way. I always walked her home with my bike and then drove home. Easy, cost me nothing, and she and her parents felt safer that way.
