Guy's Behavior

My guy friend keeps asking me who I like. He is interested in me, right?

OK so to start off, my guy friend & I text each other every other day. We normally have casual convos when we do but recently he keeps asking me if I've seen anyone I like at school. For example yesterday we were just texting about how our first day of school went & what we were doing etc... until he brings this up again. here's how the convo went:

Him:So how was your day?

Me:It was good:) how about yours?

Him:Good:) what you do

Me:Normal 1st day stuff lol.. just going over the class rules & introducing ourselves

Him:Ahh see anyone you like

Me: Oh no

Him:Why not?

Me:Well at least not yet haha

Him:Lol I bet you caught a lot of guys eyes

Me:Haha no.. don't think so

Him:Yes don't lie

Me:Oh well maybe lol

Him:No not maybe, they did

Me:Well actually I did notice just one guy

Him:Really

Me:Yeah

Him: that's good:)

Me:I guess lol but he's not really my type..

Him:Oh but you never know lol was I your type of guy or no(I told him that I used to have a crush on him but he doesn't know I still do)

After this I told him how he wasn't, he then asked what about him I liked. To me it sounds like he is interested in me but what do you guys think? might he be just asking out of curiosity?
