Square Cut
Back in the late 80s, I was a delivery driver for Dominos, and when my broke-ass car broke down, I worked inside as an assistant manager. I later drove for and worked at a local mom & pop pizza place as a second job. In all of this, I learned to make really good pizza, and I modified (i.e., improved) some of the recipes and techniques I learned to make it even better.
I use a modified bread dough that is hand-stretchable/tossable, with corn meal (rather than flour) to keep it from sticking. Home-made sauce, high-quality, high-fat, low-moisture mozzarella, and pepperoni and sausage I buy from the pizza place I used to work at, because you can't get the good stuff at the grocery store. Veggies are mostly the same everywhere, so they're easy to get.
My hand-tossed dough is medium in thickness, rises in the middle so you can hold a slice on 3 fingers without it flopping over, and has a healthy layer of toppings.
I also make calzones instead sometimes - same basic ingredients, but the presentation is just different.
I normally cut my pizza traditional style (triangles/pie slices), but if I'm having a get-together, I'll often do Chicago-cut (squares), to make them more "finger foods."
One important thing is: as soon as the pizza comes out of the oven, it needs to be drained of extra grease and water/stew (from the veggies, if present), and you do that by dabbing the pizza with paper towels. This must be done BEFORE the pizza is cut, because the second you cut it, all of the grease/water will run right down through the cuts and soak into the crust, leaving you with greasy, floppy, slimy crust, and no one wants that. Drain it well before you cut it, and you'll get much better pizza.
Whenever I go to Chicago, I engulf myself in this beauty :D

But while I'm stuck here in California, I get my pizza with stuffed crust, and petty much all the toppings besides olives, mushrooms, and pineapple.
I just happened to order pizza! :) I got an original crust with pepperoni and bacon with extra sauce. My favorite, though, is an original crust with pepperoni and banana peppers with extra sauce. But I have to do some compromising since I'm ordering for me and my roommate. :) Still love bacon!
haha, I prefer pepperoni/salami pizza
this is pic of the type of pizza I usually eat:

Crispy crust on the outside, smooth and soft on the inside. Zesty Italian style tomato sauce with spices are herbs. Different cheeses, mozzarella, America, provolone. All meats, meat lovers! Steak, ham, sausage, pepperoni, can through some chicken bits too if need be. Talk about a artery clogger of deliciousness!
thin crust. tomato sauce. lots of mozzarella. bite size pieces of steak and italian sausage, slices of pepperoni and salami.
thin crust. alfredo? sauce, quattro cheese, scallops and shrimp.
I'm a simple pepperoni guy. I prefer fresher mozzarella and a crust thinner than thick. never been a fan of the Sicilian (square cut) or deep dish Chicago style. Primarily the standard New York/Philly style pepperoni pizza is my go to
Papa Johns, regular crust with pineapple and ham...I sometimes have Papa John's add extra sauce (only if I'm feeling bold)...I always have them throw in an extra garlic sauce.
Been well over 2 years or more since I touched one lol
But when I used to it used to be
1. Stuffed crust
2. Red Chilli :D
3. Can do
4. Ham, Bacon, Salami, Steak, Mushrooms, Veggies, Pineapple...
Thin crust
Red sauce with lots of garlic and herbs.
Mozzarella, shitloads of it.
Pepperoni, Shrooms, Sliced onions and bacon. Cut in little squares.
Two types are my favorite.
First is thin New Jersey style. Tomato sauce, Mozz. and very simple toppings, either pepperoni or sausage, peppers and onions.
Second is a real Neapolitan pizza - Margherita.
Stuffed crust with cheese.
Regular marinara sauce.
Bacon, sausage, chicken, and pepperoni
Triangular cut
Oh man getting hungry just thinking about it.
Cheesy crust, olive sauce, lots of cheese please, pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeno, 8 piece cut.
What really makes it perfect tho, is either, I get to eat it all by myself, or I get to share it with one other very close person.
Thin crust
regular sauce
Mozzarella
barbeque chicken
corn
pineapple
ham
moshroom
peppers
any cut
Anything unusual with lot of different toppings.
I'm not a fan of "classic". I'd rather try a new thing everytime
Go to Chicago and visit Phil's Pizza D'oro on North Milwaukee Avenue. THAT...is perfect pizza :-)

Cut into fat, barely foldable pieces.
Thin crust extra cheese, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions. Or deep dish chicago pizza with the same.
Stuffed Crust, extra cheese, extra pepperonis, bell peppers, and bacon.
Thin crust, alfredo sauce, chicken, lots of mozerella cheese, and bacon, normal cut. Ommgggg. I think they're called white pizzas? Not sure.
Stuffed crust pepperoni with extra cheese... so ridiculously bad for me, so amazing and yummy.
I don't care if it's plain, it's delicious, haha!
This is one of the most important questions ever asked. Chicago deep dish is amazing. But anywhere normal crust with sausage onions mushrooms olives ham. Square I'm a Midwest guy :P
I love pizza!
Stuffed Crust Pizza
