I'm 5'7 and around 120pounds. During the last years I went through some periods of very low self image and food seemed the only thing I could control in my life... I got anorexic and very lonely... about I year ago I was in a really bad state: my hair started falling out, I was covered lanugo, I didn't had my period for a year, I always was freezing cold, numbness in my legs... I promised my self to get healthy. Now, I don't care how much calories I consume anymore, but I do care about what I eat. I avoid refined carbs and processed foods. When I cook I try keep all the fiber in my food by not overcooking them and I get my fats out of nuts, seeds and fish. I love running, I run around 30miles a week (nearly every morning), I hit the gym 3à4 x times a week and everyday I do some yoga, balance and strength exercises. I also practice gymnastics exercises randomly and started rope skipping classes once a week. This may sound a lot but I just can't sit still and love to move around! :) When I was anorexic I didn't have the energy to do all this fun stuff and I stayed at home because I was too weak. So promise me don't start counting calories... when you want too loose some weight and tone up start exercising and eat clean, you will feel much better :)

Calories: If I'm being careful, I eat less than 1500 calories a day. Lately I've been a massive heffer.
Workout: Changes a lot. I like working out outdoors (beach runs/swims, hikes, etc) and it's been raining, so I've just been doing calisthenics and pilates/yoga most days, and running maybe twice a week.
I don't know my weight or calories consumed because I don't need to control it, I go gym and 7 am for a hour and a half , I have a protein shake and a bowl of muesli before and a protein shake after , couple of hours later I have a super food salad and a orange juice,, later I'll have a vegetable juice ,, about 9.30 pm I run for a hour and after that I have a protein shake and 3 seed flatbreads and spread peanut butter all over them, again don't know how much calories that is but I'm happy with it and I get everything I need as I have lots of super food powder supplements I add to the shakes and juices. :)

Psh... I'll worry about that on Monday , one simply does not work out on finals week
I'm 5'7" 126 pounds. I eat a crap ton and run/ do abs 2-5 times a week. Depends on what I have going on.
I'm 5'8" about 150-155 lbs eat pretty much what I want I work & don't workout much. After all that I don't seem to put any weight on must be good genes.
