There are a ton of great ab workouts that don't require any equipment. If you google ab or oblique exercises, the variations you will find are endless. There are somewhat less for thighs, because more leg exercises require weights for added resistance, but there are definitely enough to put together a quick routine for doing watching tv.

Remembering to have good posture while you do your chores or walk is great for abs. Constantly tucking your stomach in while walking helps strengthen the abdominal wall.
For thighs, simple squats and lunges are best. Just remember to not have your knee pass your ankle alignment wise. The most it should do is form a 90 degree ankle. Otherwise you will hurt your knees.
