I used to have the same problem, first you need to figure out way you're oveeating, be it stress, boredem, or because foods good! If its because of stress figure out why you're stressed, boredem? Do something to keep you occupied. Food too good? Find healthy good foods, and make sure to go by the serving size. I hope this helps!

Weight Watchers worked for me. I'm down almost 30 lbs. I eat all the time, but I eat healthier- that's the key. Don't starve yourself, just eat smarter.
Stop buying a lot of food, but a good amount, only buy healthy things,
And if you can't get over this, make sure you exercise a lot to even it out
