Well i need a diet and some workouts so i can make my legs and calves thinner I have tried so many things but they didn't actually help me out a lot so yeah, help me find something to make my legs and calves thinner fast
Getting a body part to look smaller means getting your body fat down which means diet is the main key. Try keeping you carbs intake under 100grams a day, even 50g if you want to do it faster. Just remember add one day of unlimited carbs to refuel once or twice a week. Good luck.
