Medical supervision? Nah I don't need that. It's for weight loss. I think I could do 21 days, but I'll start school again in 12 days. So I'll wait, and see how bad I feel by then^^
STOP! If you want to soon be in hospital you must continue! Losing weight is something you must do at a MAXIMUM of 5 to 6 pounds per month except under medical supervision.

And feel free to google for "dangers of fasting for weight loss". I'm not someone who's trying to make you panic. A few years ago my mom lost 25 pounds too quickly and was ill and depressed for almost 2 months. Believe me, what you're doing is a disaster for your body even if you may not realize it before it's too late.

Believe me, in a few weeks you will care. And don't think about how bad you'll feel when you go back to school, think about if your body will even be capable of digesting food when you restart eating.
I'm sorry to continue saying this but you just don't realize what the consequences will be of what you're doing. Every process in your body, organs, muscles, your brain, need nutrients and oxygen.
You'll soon know what I mean unless you wake up. Which I hope you will do.
But I do. I have fated before. lost 30 pounds in 30 days. I know about the fainting, and the damage. And I do care about it, I just care about the weight loss more :)

Just be aware that worst case that can happen. Your heart is a muscle too, in case you were not aware. You will not decide, your body will. Like a car that runs out of fuel.

I'm not a big meringue lover but 3 years ago I was on holiday in France and the cook in our hotel was specialized in meringue... some guys asked for meringue each night independant of what the official desert on the menu was.
But I preferred my ice cream :-)
