I have lost weight everywhere except my stomach. my mother says I look pregnant because I have a skinny face, arms and legs but just a pot belly.
I am getting frustrated. Please help!! What actually works.
don't eat cereal. that is empty calories that your body doesn't need. Eat something nutritious like egg / ham / soy beans / lettuce etc...
Cereal has very little nutritional value so it's just empty calories.
To lose fat around your stomach - you have to either exercise until you get muscles on your stomach or you have lose enough fat that the fat around your stomach will finally disappear.
So I have been loosing fat, If I keep going with my workouts, it WILL eventually come off?

Cut as many carbs as you can. I deal with the same issue. And only drink water. I know it sucks but it does help. Cut dairy out as well. Doing all this along with exercise is what is best results for me
the most important is to eat healthily. if you have cereal and chocolate once in a while, you are not eating healthily
I like to enjoy food like everyone else. I may eat that once in a while but I stay away from french fries, potato chips, pop and cakes. So I have a treat once in a while like a bowl of cereal. :( I guess its not helping. I am afraid if I cut all junk food out I might binge eat and I think thats worse.

All you can do is lower your caloric intake and/or exercise more. The way your body stores fat is genetics, you can not reduce fat in just one particular area of your body.
So how come men judge me and dont want to date me because I have a little weight? They make me feel really guilty for having it. Do I have to loose the ten pounds to find a decent guy.
Some of them have more fat then me. They should look in the mirror before they judge me.
