My parents tell me I'm fat, yet they don't know about self-esteem problems. How to stop them?

My parents are constantly saying that I'm fat, I smile to them but than I feel really bad.

I've been depressed for 12 months but never told them anything because I'm afraid of their reaction, they would probably say that it was just an attention seeking action.

What should I do or say to them to stop it?

By the way I'm 5'10''(1,78m) and 165lbs (75kg)... Calculating the BMI the result is 23.7 which it stands for normal weight.
I don't understand
