I like my figure i just want to shape it up a bit. So what r some great things to do to tone up?

Yoga, Cardio and lifting light weights but doing several reps can help with creating a lean physique. Also lunges, pushups and squats. If you want to bulk up, look into getting a trainer to help lifting heavier weights properly, so you don't injure yourself.

depends if you want to gain or loose weight. tone up your body can mean a lot of different things. cardio and running and abs and stuff with help tone. weightlifting you will get bigger if you do heavy lifting with good reps and eat right.

Weightlifting. And not light weights either. Big heavy weights working at maximum intensity in the single digit rep range. Bench press, deadlift, squat, overhead press.
