What is wrong with my mental health? Why do I keep thinking weirdly?

So this girl told me a while back that she doesn't like me , and I can't accept the fact that she doesn't like me. And I always think this is some kind of test that I failed and I always go back to bug her. Like I always think of these biazzare thoughts just to prove to myself that she doesn't like me and I can't stop these thoughts. What should I do? Like I know she doesn't like me , but I always overanaylize everything just to find something to keep me going and come with these weird therios

The brain is really weird.

I have depression and once I cried for half an hour when I dropped some food on the floor. It was terrible.

it's not possible to force yourself to stop liking someone, unless you don't like them that much. If you really like her, all you can do is give yourself time. I was just recently able to give up on someone i was in love with for more than five years. I didn't think I could do it but I was finally able to. you just have to have the will to stop and at the right time.
