How can I get back into exercise and sports?

I used to be so athletic and now I am not. At one point I was doing soccer, track, basketball, and dance all at once. Now (since im in high school) I had to stop soccer, track and basketball. I really miss being so active, but the problem is I wake up at 6, and school ends at 2:40. All of my high school sports have like 3 hour practices and I can't commit to that. I love track, but if I had to go to practice after a long day and then come home late and start hw i could never get it done. I'm one of those people who NEED to get everything done. I thought it would be easy to stay active in high school but it is so difficult. I miss running so much, and when I "go for a run" it is basically like once a month. I hate it. How can I do a sport/activity and stay with it?
