I used to be so athletic and now I am not. At one point I was doing soccer, track, basketball, and dance all at once. Now (since im in high school) I had to stop soccer, track and basketball. I really miss being so active, but the problem is I wake up at 6, and school ends at 2:40. All of my high school sports have like 3 hour practices and I can't commit to that. I love track, but if I had to go to practice after a long day and then come home late and start hw i could never get it done. I'm one of those people who NEED to get everything done. I thought it would be easy to stay active in high school but it is so difficult. I miss running so much, and when I "go for a run" it is basically like once a month. I hate it. How can I do a sport/activity and stay with it?
Here is what I do-I pick a run that i HAVE to register for and I sign up for it and put my money essentially where my mouth is. So if I want to run, I sign up and pay for a marathon. Once the money is paid, I am pretty motivated. YOU CAN DO IT!

If you really loved it you'd make time for it. All of what you just said sound like excuses, you're not the first person to go to high school and it's not even that hard. Get out there and do PT!
Find something you enjoy doing. Then it becomes fun, rather than exercise
