Natural way to shrink breasts?

I'm a 36D right now. I have back pain, can't jog without pain (I love running so this one sucks), can never find shirts that fit right, they get in the way, and I just hate them. I know a lot of women would kill to switch places with me, but they're such an inconvenience and I want them smaller. An A or B cup would be ideal.
I can't afford a reduction and I can't afford health insurance to cover the reduction. At this point I'm desperate enough that I've considered starving myself. The chest is usually the first to lose fat anyway.

Dependent on the womans genetics, she may store more body fat in her backside, tummy, breast or thighs. You for instance store a lot of your body fat in your breast.

Exercise and eat right. Instead of jogging try swimming or cycling as it is lower impact.

On a side note: The back pain may be caused for other reasons aside from your large breast. I know of a woman who had her breast shrink from a G to a C and still had lower back pain. Thing was she had hyper-lower-doses or referred to as anterior pelvic tilt that was exaggerated. Just a thought.

36D is actually a great size. You should do some yoga and strengthen your back muscles/posture - that will make a world of a difference in regards to having pain.

Generally though, when you lose weight, you will lose fat in your breast.

exercise specifically in the upper torsal region, dieting also helps but isn't as efficient, don't overdo it though :P

losing weight is the only way I know of aside from reduction surgery.

don't starve yourself but just reducing fat will help since the breasts are fatty tissues
