To start I'm 18, 6'2" and between 200-205lbs (varies). For my first semester of college I did not work out at all and ended up getting out of shape. I have in the last month been working out daily with an insanity program. When I go back to college shortly I plan to return to strength training. I have never had defined abs but being lazy first semester I got some
Belly fat. Nothing too bad, maybe a couple lbs or so but I hate the rolls it makes when I sit down. I expect this to take time to get rid of but I'm hoping for some tips to make sure I'm moving in the right direction to get rid of it and start to have at least faint abs (I have the V line kinda already) while also building mussel and gaining weight. If I could ever reach 215 and have a flat stomach I would be thrilled. I recently cut soda from my
Diet despite how Much I like it. I rarely drink and do not smoke. I eat, A LOT, including lots of carbs which I'm attempting to tone down. I do very little cardio outside of what insanity: the asylum has been giving me. Though like I said I will be back to weight lifting soon. If there are any tips you guys have to help me please let me know, I don't expect instant results or anything. I do know I have the body type for this goal. Thanks. And what else can I be doing?
