It's always a good idea to talk to your Doc about any intense training. I've heard that women who are training or working out hard can sometimes have a sudden drop in body fat. This can result in your hormone levels changing thus throwing your cycle off. If this happens trying to pin-point ovulation will be harder. I don't believe that Zumba could make you infertile if that what your wondering?

Cycles can be irregular for no reason at all.
If you had unprotected sex, take a test 14 days after it, and -whatever it says- repeat the test one week later.
Ovulation would only stop if you are extremely underweight or stop eating for a long period of time, and your body doesn't have enough fat to support a pregnancy. Intense exercise that you're not used to may effect it somewhat by a couple of days if you wee supposed to ovulate around the time you were exercising, but you should still get a period.
Generally. If your BMI is healthy, then all would be fine. But I have never heard of ovulation being affected by over exercising... Mostly just menstruation itself. . And that's usually only if you over do it all the time.

I don't think this will affect your cycles. If you aren't getting the proper nutrients your body needs then I thinks it's a possibility. But then again I've never had normal regular cycles and I eat properly and exercise regularly.
Can you stop these thoughts? Stop it. If you can't, seek a real counselor for these obsessions. Really.
Are you trying to get pregnant or something? And no, unless you're on birth control, you're going to ovulate. It takes significantly higher levels of stress -emotional & physical- to alter your cycle.
No it takes way more than a day or so to mess with your cycle. But I'm with @yaddayaddayadda02 why so concerned with ovulation?
Likely not. IF you're regular with your cycles you should still be regular. Why so worried about ovulation?
I'm usually like eating everything in my kitchen during that time so it's normal
Haha no. You're safe. I eat 1200 a day and I'm still fully functional. Zumba is a great exercise.
I don't think starving one day would cause your ovulation. to not happen.
Wait, you burned 800 calories from 1/2 an hour of Zumba? How are there are even fat people in this world?
I dont want to sound rude, but zumba for 30 minutes isn't really putting so much stress on you body... You should move much more than that..
The reason you were starving is from working out.. but I don't get what any of that has to do wit ovulation.
