Actually as someone mentioned the ab work outs are ok,
But it depends what kind of six pack do u want?
Just remember, when u over stress and fatigue ur muscles they will have micro fiber tears, which leads to rebuilding into a larger size.
Like any other muscle in ur body, when u get micro tears it'll become larger, now do u want a lean ab or buldging ab.
Because there are different ways to achieve the six pack or even what they call an 8 pack which is still a six pack with illusions lol

You can always draw it on. I hear that there is now an operation where they implant a mesh in the shape of abs, so there's always that.
Honestly, some people actually don't have a six pack, loot at Schwarzenegger. As huge and ripped as the guy is, he only has a 4 pack. And a lot of guys are just like that.
But planks and reverse planks work well for the lower abdominal, at least that's what I do.

You eat like a monk , drink plenty of water and boost you testosterone.
You need some REALLY good genes for that chiseled deep granite abs.
Also a bit of good lighting.Best way: abs every day and a good healthy diet. Thats really how simple it is.
I'd like to know as well, I've only gotten to have a 4 pack show before I let myself go.
Go down the off licence and grab one out the fridge!
