It sounds like a small case of depression, but not as bad as that come. You could go see a doctor and try to get something for it, or just try and work through it. Both could work

Talk to a counselor. You could have a number of things, one of which comes to mind is actually anxiety.

i can see that you're depressed. go make new friends, like not from school but from somewhere else. do some social activities and come in touch with different people..
I can agree with the depression but you need to love yourself first! Don't be seeking a boyfriend, you don't need one. They cannot fulfill your needs. You do that for yourself. But do see a counselor, they can help let you sort out your thoughts.

Your mom is a bout correct there, but in other cases, you're not depressed, don't worry. :)
