Guess what?
I eat "junk-food related" food lke beef burgers, fish burgers and french fries, about half-times per week, like 7-8 meals among 14. And yet... i'm skinny (BMI of mine is 18-18.5 most of the times) and in addition not only i'm skinny but i get sick very rarely... like once every 2-3 years basically.
Also i have came across a bunch of other people in my lifetime, who consume junk-food often yet they are thin as well and healthy.
So is that all propaganda against junk-food a lie basically?
