title says it all!!what do you normally do when you feel like your head is about to burst??i'm having an awful migraine!!!..what's your remedy to this??

Remedy? I usually just just plough through the pain, I don't take meds or anything because they don't do a lot for me (I really dislike those antibiotics)
I've either slept, been grumpy or forced myself through whatever until I was able to get sleep. The last option is the hardest cause that involves no being grumpy and actually doing what I gotta do. Grumpy me will still do what's needed but will be mad the whole way lol
When I get a migraine I want to dig a hole crawl in & pull the dirt in behind me. Most times a dark quite room no sounds no movement & absolutely no light.
I used to have some drugs all they did was put you out for a while. the headache would still be there when you woke. I see some one mentioned ice. Tried it a few times it helps a bit.
Take some ice and rub it on my forehead. Then just lie down on my bed and try to think of peaceful things. Play ambient music in my head or think of nature sounds.
