I have anxiety too, and i know what you mean by getting worse. Mine did that for a while. I wouldn't eat anything in public because i was afraid people were staring at me or were grossed out by how i ate. i hated going to the grocery store because i KNEW the cashiers were judging what i bought, i starved for a while just because my friend wasn't in town to buy me food. (my home situation is unique)
What i did was i went back to my doctor and i screamed and i cryed and i let it out all of what i was feeling, all the irrational thoughts (he made it very clear i could every other thing he said was something like that) and he was like okay and changed my medicine and now i know that i was being stupid
just go to your doctor, if you don't have one get one, and get meds or get new meds it helped SOOOO much!

You're psychosomatic. Can you afford horse therapy? You get to bond with the horse as you ride them.
You should look into seeing a psychotherapist, I struggled with bad anxiety as well when I was younger and talking to a therapist helped me tremendously, seriously look into it, it will help you greatly in the long run.
