I am feeling so hungry and has been hungry after quite intense workout at 2PM. I got my lunch, and protein shake before and after workout. I still feel hungry, and it is almost 9PM at my local time, what should I eat without gaining weight
fruit (apples, pears, ... avoid banana though) or veggies (celery, cucumbers...) or greek yogurt (avoid too much sugar!), I love yogurt personally, so that's what i would choose. or drink some tea :)

I try to opt for things that are really filling without many calories so yogurt, nuts, or cheese.
Same stuff you'd eat any other time of the day, fruits, nuts, vegetables, meat's cheeses, breads things like that.
Fruits ( Apples with peanut butter if your not allergic of course.
