A BMI must be between 20 and 25 to be in a healthy region, but it is no prophecy. Your muscle/fat ratio tells you more.

125 - 132 lbs would be perfect for your age.

My mums abit like that, she saying you putting on weight. It doesn't mind me my what my weight is. If I cared i would work out. I can still fit into my jeans and all clothes at shops in town. Can be a 14 or 12 or 16 depending on the size of the clothes.
