Tips on losing weight?

I'm going to the beach in two weeks. While I obviously wanna look and feel my best for that, I just generally want to look and feel my best at all times. I never work out really, I'll take stairs vs an elevator always. I occasionally go for a walk or on hikes. I get dizzy easy. So, if you work out often or train, please get back to me!

Want to slim down my stomach and neck/throat/face.
