why the bike? bad knees? if your in a calorie deficit yea your going to lose wight other wise no its all about cals in vs cals out if you just reduce your calories by 500 each day you will lose wight i need about 2200-2100 cals for maintenance right now i am only eating 1500 cals so i put off a pretty good amount of wight each week but if i over eat going to stay the same or gain wight just cut back on calories if you want to lose wight but make sure you get your protein

O you need to lose weight is just a healthy intake of food and cardio for no more then an hour to an hour and a half a week no more, and doing it on no more then 20 minute sessions. The stationary bicycle is the best one to lose weight on as well.
Yes, it will for sure. Just control your diet, too.

This will absolutely help as long as you eat a calorie deficit, and you consume a good amount of protein (at least 30 grams ) immediately after your workout.
"then I lift weights for 20 minutes",<---- lifting weights, won't help with weight loss... just building muscle basically
Yes but diet will determine how effective it is. You have to change how and when you eat. Exercise alone won't give you good results.
just a personal thing, I hate cardio machines, you don't get that natural feeling.
I suggest do real running or play running sports.Losing weight can be counteracted by gaining muscles.
If your goal is to burn fat then you need to consume less % of fat and more protein/carbs.
also limit calories to appropriate level.Jumping rope is a really good way to lose weight, just do it 20 to 30 minutes in the workout
you dont need to exercise to lose weight just go on a diet
