Impossible to gain that much weight in one night.. Even if you gained every ounce that the Chinese food weighed going into your body, it would only amount to a couple of pounds, maybe.
Do this twice and you'll be able to gain most of it.
The only people I know that lost that much weight, had Cholera. Think you mess up some units or there is a communication failure.
You didn't gain it all in one night. Likewise, you will not be able to lose it all in one night (unless you cut off a leg).

just think about this, there was a guy who was stuck under rubble from and earthquake for 168 hrs, he is 101 years old, now that guy must have been really depressed for that 168hrs
