You're too self-conscious about your weight. So naturally, you're going to pay more attention to your weight and feel fatter. You could also gain weight without having to eat more. Sleeping deprivation can cause a person to gain more weight. You can look it up if you don't believe me. I recommend not stressing about it too much and burning more calories such as exercising or doing more mental exercise and getting healthy sleep.

weight fluctuates all the time, its normal, and like you said, nobody is going to notice except for you. there are worse problems in life :p

2 pounds is just the daily variation on water content. Eat something salty and it adds. Eat vegetables and fruit only and you loose it. You will even notice this difference between morning and evening measurements. And 101 pounds is far too low for 5'2". Your BMI is in the danger zone. Your minimum weight should be 110 pounds.

If you got taller your weight would go up because your bones and structure have more mass. You can't lose the weight. You have to accept that you're still growing which means you're going to weigh more and that's the bottom line
You are fine. Stop worrying. If a guy only likes you for your looks he is not the one.
