Some people just don't understand. They don't think about how their words will impact other people. No one wants lice. However, it's more of a pain in the butt than anything else. It won't actually hurt you, it's just hard to get rid of. But regardless, I would never bully someone for having lice.
Here's a relevant story, kids who have lice probably have it due to their home. So how is that the child's fault? I'm a social work major currently doing an internship in a foster care agency. I recently had to go on a home visit to pick up two children who were being taken from their home due to severe abuse and neglect. Both children (ages 6 and 7) have lice. They were obviously upset and crying (who wouldn't be? They were being taken from the only home they've ever known, despite how horribly their parents treated them). So, I put my hair back and I comforted them. At that moment, I didn't care about their lice, I cared about being there for these two innocent children who were in a terrible situation outside of their own control. When I got home, I took about 10 showers and I didn't get lice.
In the end, lice is not the end of the world. Even if I had gotten it, it's possible to get rid of it with treatments. People bully each other for anything though and that's really sad to me.

I never got the point of making fun of people for it considering everyone will get them at some point in their life. I have had my fair share of them, and because I have a younger sister after I got rid of them and she went to school and got them so I got them again. And I have no doubt when I have kids I'll get them from them. It's so easy to get them, you can just go swimming and end up with them it sucks and it has nothing to do with cleanlyness.
Never saw it but I don't doubt it happens it's because you're in highschool so most kids are gonna be fuck faces

so i know it's nothing to poke fun of having it's serious. -
I bet it is terrible. I wouldn't bully anyone for it. I also wouldn't be their shoulder to cry on either.
