How do I stay on track with healthy eating when it feels like there's no return from a junk fest for 3 weeks?

So I'm normally super fit and in general I love to eat clean and healthy but lately I've had ZERO self control and it's making me gain a bit of weight since I ended up spraining my ankle while boxing. I couldn't really do anything so it got me lazy. I can do more now but I'm still food crazed. I need to lose weight to stay in my weight class. Any ideas how I can practice discipline from eating bad food?
