Serve back ache, please help?

I am a 6'4" 22 year old girl from South Africa

Lately i've been having serve lower back ache and the fact that it is winter here is not helping either

please help me with home remedies of healing this back ache

if its not anything broken, and its just muscle craps, I using just hang on a pull up bar and sleep on a incline bed (use the phone book or something, just a 10% incline did wonders), with my head being higher to stretch it even while sleeping.

Lower back pain can be anything from an acute inflammation of the muscles, to a damaged disk, to a viral infection. You really need to see a doctor in person. No one here can answer your question.

Try hot water bottles and I think its due to the environmental change.

Not really, going to take pain killers until i can get to the doctor, Never met a girl taller than me just taller guys which i felt intimadated by XD i just scare and intimidate people without even trying LOL

That's because people fear for their life or physical safety when they see your size and realize how badly you could physically damage them. How does that make you feel?
