Let's say you wake up 6am for work you'd feel so tired. However if you aren't working and wake up at 6am you're not as tried as wake up.
Yes that is very true. I think it is either because you may not sleep as well when you know you have to get up or it is because you lack motivation when you have to get up for something you are not looking forward to.

Actually I'm always tired regardless of what time or for what reason I wake up 😁
That could be a stress thing. I am one of those people that is the opposite but it's because I end up oversleeping.
