Losing weight, right firstly u need to lower can't intake and make sure any carbs u do eat are clean carbs. While losing weight the majority of ur carbs should be eaten earlier in the day rather than later because if u eat them earlier then they will be used during the day rather than being stored when u go to bed. Fruit is great, natural sugars and keeps u full is u snack in it although certain fruits e. g bananas have high sugar so I would maybe avoid them or alternatively u eat them when they r green because they are not fully matured but they r fine to eat and they r a lot lower on sugar. Stay away from diet foods like low fat yogurt because 9 times out of 10 they r low fat but they jack the sugar up to compensate and keep taste. Protein needs to come from lean sources so red meats and things like chicken and turkey (Turkey being better because a its a drier meat and has less fat) a way to cut some of that stored fat too is the first thing that u do in the morning u go for a 20-30 min walk before u do anything else as it will burn into the stores

Fuck that I have a way for you to loose 10 pounds in a month assuming you don't sit at home all dsy... Trumoo low fat chocolate milk bananas and natural peanut butter and ice in a blender.
2 bananas, half the blender with ice , 2 cups of chocolate milk and 1tbsp of pb. drink 3x a day for 6 days out of the week pick one day to eat the foods you like but on the other days only consume this. I personally don't think meat or dairy are healthy, so I wouldn't suggest those but I know most people follow an herbivore diet. So at least try to limit those things.
Many will tell you not to eats ratchet carbs but that's a lie, every single cell in your body runs off of glucose and glucose is in starchy carbs.
Also some may tell you the sugar in fruit make you fat but that's a complete and utter lie. The sugar in fruit is different than the sugar in candy it's not processed and great for your body. Also the fructose (the sugar in fruit) is why your brain runs off of.
Less carbs so cut out crisps, chocolates etc or have a cheat day one day a week where you can have a few pieces of a choc bar or something. You should eat lean meat, salads , fish veg, pasta, fruit , nuts, wheat things like porridge for breakfast. Or granola and yoghurt Etc. just eat good portions filling but not high in fat meals! An also exercise is important not just eating well. A jog some squats and weights a gym perhaps if you got time. Good luck 😀

Eat whatever you like, you just need to ensure you burn more calories than you're consuming.
In theory you could eat two giant cupcakes, but that would put you at your calorie limit for the day and with little nutritional value you'd soon become very sick if that was all you ate each day.What you should be asking is "What foods should I eat and avoid ALL of the time?"
Diets do not work. What you need is a change of lifestyle.try cutting off sugars and diary and gluten. ALSO WHEAT!!!

Mainly whole foods. Figure out how many calories you need, then how much protein, carbs, fat you need
Stay away from processed foods and soda
Eat more veggies, fruits and fishAvoid anything processed and any white flour!! It's terrible for the body~
