If u have a trainer ask him or her that's what they r for after all but anyway HIIT is simple find a activity. I tend to do boxing or jump rope. Your sets will be of 20 seconds at ur max speed and then 10 seconds slow speed or stop and u repeat this for I would say 8 sets when u r just starting then every couple weeks as 2-4 sets maybe and keep going like that

You need a trainer or go to a class. I know there are lots of bootcamps that use HIIT.
