Well, if you want to gain weight just eat more often in the day. I wouldn't recommend fast food but it is the most unhealthy fat gainer. It also gains fat quicker. But make sure you eat all of the meals; breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I would recommend meats. So you can get heavier but with protein. Hope this helped!

Don't worry. When you return to your normal eating schedule your weight will return quickly to its normal range. Trying to force it may cause you to gain more than you want.
Once you get back on solid food you'll gain the weight back. You're drinking your calories right now; You'll just have to wait until your mouth has healed.
Carbs will do it. Breads, rice, grains, that kind of thing. Just be careful. It's easy to overdo. Good luck!

protein shakes and blah blah nuts and seeds... blah... truth be told, It's all up to your metabolic rate... If it's fast, you will have a hard time BUT if it's slow you will have no problem putting on the pounds
You'll go back to your normal weight once you're back on solid foods. It's not a big deal.
Eat lots of junk food, move less, and eat candy.
Eat more. Sleep more. Repeat more.
