How can I wake up early?

I've been sleeping late and waking up very late since the begging of summer but for the past week i've been trying to sleep early but i would still wake up late and even though i got more sleep i'd wake up super tired.
what can i do to wake up early?

Don't drink no colored liquids , no coffee, no tea after 2:00 in noon
if you have anemia it will make you tired often that is Iron deficiency
take a shower 1 hour before you wanna lay down, shut off all electronics
such as computers, cell phones within that 1 hour too.

Eating too close to bed time can also make it difficult to sleep well and get up early... You may also be suffering from a vitamin or mineral deficiency.. or sleep apnea.

I may have some sort of vitamin deficiency since i've been suffering from dizziness and other symptoms.

Cut out the stimulants that affect your sleep schedule, namely caffeine and alcohol. These mess around with your sleep and quality of your sleep, which subsequently affects your waking time.

I never drink alcahol and i don't consume any caffeine but thank you very much 😊
