I would take omegas and stay on your lean diet. Constantly checking the scale will drive you mad. Start with weakly pictures and when you get like 3 months in the gym you can start writing down your weight
No, that makes no sense. What is you heart rate when you workout? How long and how often do you do it? What is your diet?
Uh no.. Working out burns calories, and having muscles burn calories.
It makes it faster especially if you do heavy weight training.

hmmm maybe you ate more after you worked out because you felt you burned an excess of calories and ended up in a surplus
When you diet, you lose both fat and muscle. When you hit the gym, you lose only fat.
doing exercice u can gain muscle and lose fat.. soo at the end your weight lose maybe its less but u are getting a better body

5 or 6 hours, no workout should last longer than an hour and if your weightlifting, then you should be resting 1-2 days per week
