Girls, do you generally avoid gyms for fear of being ogled or being in a testosterone filled environment?

Never I like proving myself in the hierarchy. That I can out stair mAster everyone and exceed everyone's impression of me. That I am not going to wimp out. That I will get sculpted and cut and lean and toned and I will hit the gym religiously and make others motivated to push themselves. That I will raise the bar of dedication

Not ogled but just glances.
I don't want anyone to observe me or look at me even if they aren't checking me out while I workout. It makes me feel uncomfortable.

My motivations are everywhere.
There are some on Instagram, Pump Up, and even in here. Lol.

I'm just glad that I have my equipment at home... saves money in the long run and I workout how and when I want... but motivation is so important, too

I go to the gym to stay fit, healthy, and look good. I don't have an issue being in a "testosterone filled environment" - that's basically been my entire life from my household to my extra curricular activities. I don't avoid the gym. I just don't want to be busy doing my workout only to be interrupted by thirsty guys. I like to be left alone.

No I don't avoid going to the gym because that would be giving in and I am not doing that. My "motivation" is that I am hot as f and want to stay that way

YES. It's extremely off putting. It doesn't help if you're self conscious and all these ridiculously muscly dudes are staring at you.
If I exercise, it's so I can wear the clothes I like and have more energy. I actually don't like extra attention from guys. I don't usually notice or expect it, but when I do/it does happen, it kinda freaks me out ^^;

I used to go to the gym all the time when I lived in NC but then the people I lived with found jobs and moved. Needless to say, we didn't have the time to go and therefore I never went back :(

It's a lot less frequent. There are lots of hot women and people have more manners. So stares happen but no ogling.

I think it's alright to notice, to glance, but ogling is going to be counterproductive for everyone
