Am I ugly or is there potential for me to be pretty?

I am about to blow any chance to be financially stable and get a bunch of plastic surgery to look like Zooey Deschanel. Should I do it?

wow, I really appreciate these answers. About the smile thing, I am embarrassed about my teeth, but in a month I'm going in to get porcelain veneers and greatly improve my smile, then I shall put up new pics.

As for plastic surgery not being able to look exactly like another person, I know that, nor was that my intent, my intent was to try to take small traits, for instance I was going to get chin surgery to make my face more round, etc.

To the girl called Rainbows, I'm not fishing for compliments,i was curious as to not spend my money or spend it alright? and second I decided to get some plastic surgery but not the mass extent of what I had planned

Scenario 1: Blow the money

1. You'll get approached, but plastic surgery doesn't change your brain waves...are you up to the mental challenges of being approached?

2. You'll get approached, you get a guy, you depend on that guy to do everything for you because you have no money...wonder what he'll be thinking after a few weeks.

3. You'll get approached, you get a guy, he loves you enough to finance you...are you happy being totally dependant on someone else to survive in this world?

Scenario 2: You keep you're money

1. You work with what you've got, from your profile picture, if that really is you then you don't need to worry about being physically fit.

2. A smile would help, only by about 100%

3. From my point of view the hair is fine, looks cute, but did I mention you need to do something about the smile.

4. You are financially stable which is always good.

5. Did I mention about smiling...here's a reminder :)

In short, showing confidence in yourself will make you more attractive. Zooey is attractive yes, but she also portrays confidence. Guys get told to be more confident, same for girls.

You're pretty. It not so much Zooey's looks that makes her so attractive. It's her attitude. She's the super cool but very sweet kind of girl. I'm getting the porcelain veneers. I got an elbow to the mouth in high school during basketball practice, which broke 4 of my teeth.

The resin has worked fine until now, my two front teeth are starting to show a very slight discoloration, and it's only going to get worse. The price tag on 4 teeth is almost $8000; that's not cheap.

You're under 18. If you really want to spend the money wisely, invest in your education. A pretty face is just a pretty face if you don't have the mind to complement your looks.

Thank you, I saw your update. I'd advise you to please wait on any plastic surgery; because, any ethical plastic surgeon is going to agree to do most procedures. You're body is going to go through so many changes; let nature take it's course. I spent 3 years in med school. I have no problem with plastic surgery, but you need to let your body grow first. You're very pretty; any surgery is more likely to do harm than good. Any good plastic surgeon is going to tell you the same thing.

I will put it off for a year or so. Mainly it's things I've been dissatisfied with my entire life such as how my bottom lip is huge but my top one is thin, and how long my face is. I really appreciate your honestly and the compliment.

The bones in your face will thicken, and your face will not look long. You have a thin jaw and high cheek bones, which is what most women want. You're in the middle of a growth spurt. How much time has gone by between the middle picture, and your current picture, 4-6 months? Your face will not be completely mature until you're 22-24. There's nothing wrong with consulting with a cosmetic surgeon, but wait until you around 20. That'll be the optimal time to start planning any work.

You have zygoma, or in layman's terms - cheekbones. High cheekbones what is what most women desire. As you're cheekbones continue to develop, you're face will not look "long." Sorry girl but you're a late bloomer. But, would you rather be pretty from 14-20 years old or be beautiful from 20 until you're old and grey. Be patient :).

How are we supposed to know what you look like? I do not blame you for wanting to look like Zooey. I probably would too if I had the option, but plastic surgery is not good enough yet to make you look exactly like a completely different person. Doing that would be irrational, regardless of how ugly you are.

One I'm engaged, no need to look for a boyfriend, I appreciate the bluntness and your attitude,but I'm not fishing for compliments, honestly I needed answers from someone other than my fiance because all he says is "youre pretty the way you are" It's just a matter of self-confidence to myself, when I feel great about myself I'm ore motivated etc. The point is it's going to add up to a lot of money so I just needed an opinion. :)
