The best way to do this is one that takes the least amount of physical work, which would be watch what you eat. It requires no extra effort or time. As far as exercise, do what you can, in the time you have. Every little bit helps sweetheart. It takes a calorie deficit of 3500 calories to lose one US pound. So if you want to lose the maximum healthy amount most would recommend which is 1-2 pounds a week you'd need to create a calorie deficit anywhere from 500-1000 calories a day(3500-7000 weekly), through eating less, and working it off with exercise. It sounds like a lot, but it is very doable. I lost 101 pounds in 7 months doing this.
Your Basal metabolic rate is what you would burn at rest, in bed all day. You can calculate that here. www.internetfitness.com/calculators/bmr.htm Then factor in calories burned from daily activities and exercise, you can get an idea using this site.www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc
Doing these things, with keeping an eye on your diet, can make things seem less taxing dear. You can gauge how things will be before they actually happen. Good luck.

You need to create a calorie deficiency in your diet. Not much, about 50-100 calories less energy you use everyday. You can use google to help you estimate how much energy you burn each day, and start off from there.. 30 min walk is all the exercise you need.. there is no need to strain yourself, unless you are training for a specific sport.
drinking water, eating healthy, lots of fruit and vegetables. there are a few health food store related items that you may add to your diet like flax seed, fiber, green tea, CLA, and other things that are all natural and helpful for lowering BMI
Of course you need to exercise. I find running or cardio will definitely help you out in regards. I work out 3 times a week. it helps a lot!
also calories. watch calories, not too obsessively, but like I said, make healthier choices! I will choose rice/ vegies over pizza and pop now. little things like that go a long way
