Well I personally think that maybe your body is telling you that that's enough, no more weightloss. Because remember also, that you need fat in your body to function.
Anyways, I've learned that the body gets immuned to a lot of things, the same with exercising, after a while it'll get accustomed to the workouts you do and you need to change it up to confuse your muscles. At the gym I have a routine with the machines, but every 2 days or so I do a class like Salsa or cycling. And on weekends I do yoga...
This is gonna sound a little out there, but if I don't feel like going to the gym, I either go into my room or my garage and blast music really loud and just go crazy. It actually takes a lot out of me and I actually lost more weight doing that then my gym stuff.
Also jumping rope is a good workout...All in all, just change up your routine, because your body is already used to running.

Honey, not quite sure where you're from but I can bet that you've heard of a fitness workout called Zumba. It works wonders. Also cut down on as much carbs as possible, bread and rice. I was real plump around my stomach area but now that much more confident about the way I look.
1)109 is pretty small unless you're incredibly short.
2)Why are you afraid of gaining your muscles back?
3) Muscles DO NOT "re-inflate" themselves. When you lose muscle it's because you weren't eating enough and your body burned them as fuel. Gone.
4) Weight loss/weight gain can be simplified to calories eaten - calories burned. So if you want to lose weight and increasing exercise isn't doing anything...take in less calories

You have to burn more calories than you take in to lose weight. Modify the way you're eating. I ran 6 miles everyday along with another hour of intense training, and I never lost any weight because I didn't change the way I was eating. They both go hand in hand, you can't achieve weight loss without one or the other.
